    Key Responsibilities

    • Setting up and optimising Digibanks's assets across in-app / base marketing platforms.
    • Beyond setting up, you will also be responsible for tracking the overall performance of each campaign within our app.
    • Bonus - if you're familiar with MarTech solutions (or are a fast learner and have a keen interest to learn how MarTech platform solutions works)

    Daily responsibilities include:

    • Support the Campaign Operations team with in-app marketing campaign setup like Banners, EDM
    • Needs to be comfortable and/or quick to learn setting up on platforms
    • Work with the respective Marketing and Commercial teams to plan out the best in-app user journeys for each campaign
    • Track and share monthly campaign performance updates Work closely with Regional MarTech and Product team - to get updates on latest platform capabilities for in-app advertising, marketing, campaign design and set up enhancements. And then localise it to the local team.
    • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Marketing Performance/ Digital Marketing/ Campaign Operations fields
    • Good team player, able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Loves problem solving operational inefficiencies
    • Big believer in simplifying user experiences within the app
    • Strong communication skills
    • Comfortable working with Martech solutions
    • Experience / Exposure to communication & HTML Coding tools such as Leanplum, HTML5 will be added advantage

    • Have a flair for solving and optimising for campaign operational (and even technical) challenges
