- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Admin Executive
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and benefit administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively multitask and handle competing deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all work

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Shah Alam for a HR & Admin Executive. The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for providing HR support, handling administrative duties, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The HR & Admin Executive will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, office administration, and other HR functions, as well as assisting senior management with administrative tasks.
