    About The Role

    as a Software Engineer, you are someone with a fervor for cutting-edge technology and a knack for constructing top-tier products within a collaborative team environment. The company seek an individual who is self-driven, capable of seamlessly integrating into the product team, and adept at collaborating with other departments with minimal supervision.

    About The Job

    • create high-quality software and devise innovative solutions to provide a superior user experience in the realms of financial custody and settlements.
    • collaborate with the team to implement improvements and significant features that align with the product vision, playing a role in the creation of new services to retain current clients and attract new customers.
    • revise code to address system issues and enhance performance, actively contributing to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • adhere to the team's definition of done, ensuring that work meets acceptance criteria, passes code reviews, and includes appropriate testing.
    • participate actively in the design and refinement of requirements, playing a key role in the development process.
    • support the DevOps team and stakeholders in preparing for seamless software releases.

    Knowledge, Skills And Experience

    • excellent at analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • self-driven, able to communicate within a team and work independently
    • passion for continuous learning and growth
    • familiar with Agile principles and values and experience working in a Scrum team
    • experience working with version control (Git) and other basic development tools
    • experience working with REST APIs
    • 8 years+ experience with .NET Core and C#. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an intermediate position.
    • experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
    • experience working in a startup / fintech
    • familiar with microservices and domain driven design
    • experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • familiar with CI/CD (Github Actions, etc.) and cloud computing (AWS)
    • exposure to automated testing (XUnit, NUnit) is a plus
    • domain knowledge in virtual assets or finance (DeFi, NFTs, payments, wealth management) is advantageous
