- Manage Performance Improvement Plans effectively.
- Facilitate the integration of performance feedback into succession planning.
- Promote organizational learning through knowledge sharing initiatives and sessions.
- Source and manage external training providers following company guidelines.
- Administer e-learning activities and manage bonding agreements.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date Role Descriptions for all positions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop career paths and understand interdepartmental dependencies.
- Work towards business continuity by identifying successors for key roles.
- HR Administration: In-depth understanding of HR administrative processes and their impact on the business.
- Performance Management: Skilled in implementing and managing performance review systems and improvement plans.
- Learning and Development Management: Proficient in sourcing training opportunities and managing organizational learning initiatives.
