- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Business or Marketing background is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive sales for the respective channels and ensure customers are managed.
- Be creative in developing commercial strategies to attain the sales target.
- Ability to lead projects, manage time, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, and fluency in other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of agrofood industry trends, market dynamics, and buyer behavior is desirable.
