    About the role

    1. Manage Network customer as a single point of contact for performance, relationship and escalation management

    2. Proactively offer recommendations for issue resolution and process improvements

    Responsibilities

    Relationship Management

    • Act as the Single Point Of Contact to the assigned SL network customer

    Performance Management

    • Align and drive countries' performance with customer's KPI targets
    • Identify Performance trends and hotspots
    • Manage customer escalations and resolves issues
    • Execute customer's request timely and accurately
    • Handle Inventory Management (Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Inventory Count) and ensure countries counts are performed timely and accurately
    • Work with countries to verify clerical computation against physical count of stocks.
    • Investigate and submit findings to customer in case of discrepancies and se ek approval for system adjustment if required
    • Monthly reports to customer and internal stakeholders
    • Facilitate calls with customer and internal (countries)

    Continuous Improvement

    • Share best practices across countries
    • Support process standardization to attain an operating standard model

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years working experience with good knowledge in Inventory Management
    • Good analytical and logistics thinking abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft excel (vlook up function, pivot table and charts etc.), Words and Power Point
    • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Well organised and detailed oriented
    • Comfortable in presentation and facilitate calls with customer and internal stakeholders
    • Ability to multi task
