- Responsible for day-to-day operational support and general administrative tasks.
- Responsible for the sales & operation department by providing administrative and customer service support.
- Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply
- Experience in related field would be an added advantage
- Good working attitude, willing to learn, responsibility and good communication
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
