    We are looking for Assistant Relationship Manager - ASEAN (MY)

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Relationship Manager role , responsible for providing administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers & Investment Advisor within the front office function, client onboarding & periodic review and business management.

    Key Responsibilities

    Administrative and Client Service Support

    • Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors servicing clients.
    • Respond to client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
    • Maintain client data and reports, such as: contact lists, account numbers etc.
    • Coordinate with Product Groups, Operations, and other functional areas as necessary.
    • Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies.

    Client Onboarding and Periodic Reviews

    • Preparation of account onboarding packs for Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors. Responsible for preparing and checking the forms and relevant KYC documentations submission.
    • Liaise with Investment Counsellors and counterparts for initial assessment of name screenings & hits issues and client related deficiencies identified during the onboarding process.
    • Liaise with Investment Counsellors to conduct AML periodic reviews of existing relationships. This will cover preparing the forms, submission and initial assessment of name screenings & hits, attending issues and deficiencies identified during review.

    Business Management

    • Represent Front Office in working groups and projects, solicit and ensure Front Office feedback and requirements are accurately captured, actively considered and prioritized.
    • Stakeholder management across functions and teams to deliver rollout out of initiatives and projects on time and with considered impact on the Front Office.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Investment, Finance, Accounting, or its equivalent from reputable institution.
    • Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in client servicing, operations, and sales support within Financial Institutions.
    • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
    • Analytical, meticulous, sensitive to details and odds.
