    Job Description

    • To lead a highly diversified, positive and energetic team and collaborate with other global design teams.
    • Plan, organize, staff, coordinate and review programs periodically.
    • Provide leadership and take ownership of the tasks assigned to the team and engage the team to work together across team/sites.
    • Coordinate and participate in scrum teams, and drive development.
    • Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred. 5+ years Mobile Application Experience with Android and/or iOS development
    • Knowledge or experience with Android Application development using Java or Kotlin.
    • Experience with Android OR iOS UI frameworks is a plus.
    • Experience with Android SDK & NDK is a plus.
    • Experience/knowledge in mobile application software development tools (e.g. GIT, JIRA, ..), testing, process (Agile, Kanban) and configuration management.
    • Strong project management skill and people management skills.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Candidate must willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
