- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and staff.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing expense reports and invoices.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
