    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and staff.
    • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as needed.
    • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
    • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing expense reports and invoices.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

    Job Requirements

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
