    Description

    Client Background:

    Corporate Finance Advisory

    Location: KL

    Tenure: Permanent role

    Salary: Basic Salary

    Job Description:

    . Managing internal corporate exercises including structuring, documentation and completion

    . Managing compliance monitoring relating to processes, workflows and regulatory requirements

    . Assist in implementation of digitalisation efforts for existing operational frameworks

    . Managing monthly management reporting relating to client management (exposure tracking and risk management)

    . Prepare, review, and enhance company internal policies

    . Assist in managing corporate finance relates funders of the company and the group

    . Liaison with different departments to assist on the company's operations

    . Liaison with external parties such as solicitors, consultants, regulatory bodies etc

    . Provide support to the various business unit of the group and

    . Any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as may be assigned by the management.

    Job Requirements:

    . Possess Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economic and/ or relates professional qualifications.

    . Awareness in financial services industry such as Factoring or Insurance business will be an added advantage

    . At least 2 years work experience in the areas of corporate finance, treasury, PLC's.

    . Capital Markets Services Representatives License (CMSRL) will have added advantage.

    . Good command of spoken and write English and Bahasa Melayu.

    . Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill.

    . Ability to work independently and take initiative.
