About Ching Sue Earn:
I have been working in a shared services center team supporting Korea for almost 2 years now. I have a passion for languages. I majored in English Language and learned Korean myself. I am able to read, write, speak and understand Korean in a professional business setting level and can converse in Mandarin for casual conversations.
Experience
I deal with people a lot. I have experience in hospitality as an intern receptionist at a hotel and have been working as a finance assistant in a shared service centre for Korea for about 2 years now. I mainly process staff claims and maintain master data in my current job. It requires me to handle enquiries and contact employees frequently. I'm also sometimes required to bridge the communication between the technical team and Korean employees to resolve errors. Besides that, I also contact foreign and Korean local vendors on a regular basis to verify information.
Education
I have a degree in English Language and I attended Inje University as an exchange student for one semester.
