    About The Company

    Randstad is partnering with a reputable industrial supply partner who is a key player in Malaysia markets over 35 years. With their business evolving and the team expanding, the finance department is seeking a new Accounts Executive to join and grow with them at their office in Kota Damansara.

    About The Job

    This position will be reporting to the Group Finance Manager.
    • Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of management reports and financial statements, including Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports.
    • Managing system errors, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regional reporting guidelines, and ensuring adherence to company policies and controls.
    • Duties include day-to-day accounting functions, monitoring cash flow, overseeing credit control, and managing fixed assets.
    • Additionally, responsible for handling tax and audit queries, supervising a team of accounts and administrative staff, maintaining filing systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Assists in implementing and enforcing system procedures and internal controls, performs office administration tasks, and handles ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior management.

    • Minimum requirement is a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
    • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
    • Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills, with a willingness to learn.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is essential.
    • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
