- Update Gantt chart /recovery plan/other's in list.
- Kanban setting and follow-up status at each production station.
- Updated priority by shift.
- Comprehensive analysis, the reason of not meeting the target in shift.
- Monitor and highlight abnormality that impact real time output.
- Monitor and highlight machine's abnormality.
- Monitor / coordinate WIP and daily output.
- Comprehensive analysis, the reason for not meeting the target within shift.
- Monitor, highlight overdued Waiting time lot and assist production meeting output target.
- Timely processing on hold or High risk lot.
- Manage high WIP step and make appropriate judgement to reduce WIP.
- Handle all important Planning related issue during night shift. This includes skip step/change film/change work flow/print lot traveler.
- Bachelors' Degree in Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Experience in Production Planning.
- Able to work in shift pattern schedule (12 hours rotating)
- Good Computer skills – MS Office Package (Power Point & Excel).
- Able to work under a stressful environment.
- Able to work in clean room environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work within groups inter department.
