    Description

    If you have experience in corporate infrastructure support, that's the icing on the cake. Our support team is a critical part of our huge and dynamic ecosystem, and we are looking for the best people out there. Join us to experience the complete grasp on designing, installing and maintaining our very own communications

    The Job:

    • Research and identify solutions related to the software and hardware's issues.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues such as account setup, network configuration, etc.
    • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
    • To administer and maintain the company's servers & IT infrastructure.
    • Oversee and maintain the company's corporate services such as phone system, email, domain name etc.
    • Perform troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and disaster recovery.
    • Install and upgrade computer software and network equipment.
    • Assist in Asset Management.

    Requirements

    The Person:

    • Possesses at least Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Studies or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of working experience as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
    • Have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
    • Possesses hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
    • Have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Positive, proactive and has a service-oriented attitude.
