    Description

    We strongly encourage Malaysian candidates with some IT working experience to apply. On-the-job training would be provided. The candidate must be located in Kuala Lumpur (relocate to KL, if necessary), even though 'WFH' is allowed.

    Responsibilities

    • Working as a Level 1 Support Engineer for batch monitoring and job ingestion.
    • Providing hourly updates on job deliverable status, problem determination and investigation, and escalating issues to the Level 2 support team.
    • Some development and reporting work as the project progresses.
    • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT or an equivalent field.
    • A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a relevant IT area would be advantageous.
    • Some working experience in back-end SQL development with any SQL databases.
