    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic Wild Asia Administration Lead to ensure the seamless functioning of our entire organization. We are looking for an individual with a strong financial acumen, keen attention to detail, and exceptional team-building skills. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping organizational-wide policies and facilitating the development of efficient work processes across all teams. As the Operations Lead, you will oversee all our valuable resources - including our talented staff, vital assets, and crucial knowledge base that underpin the success of Wild Asia. With operational hubs spanning three different regions, multiple support units, and a dedicated team of under 70 staff members, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement organizational-wide policies and procedures to ensure effective governance and compliance.
    • Collaborate with department heads to streamline work processes and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Oversee the management of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development.
    • Manage organizational assets, including facilities, equipment, and technology, to ensure optimal utilization and maintenance.
    • Lead financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, expense monitoring, and financial reporting.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff members.
    • Serve as a liaison between different departments and regional offices to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to organizational administration.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in organizational administration, operations management, or a similar role.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Experience working in a nonprofit or international development organization is a plus.
