    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Purchasing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement and supply chain management, with the ability to lead and optimize purchasing processes to drive efficiency and cost savings across the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    You are required to perform these job functions:

    • Lead and manage the purchasing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and achievement of departmental goals.
    • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support the company's objectives, including sourcing strategies, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier consolidation, negotiation of favorable terms, and optimization of purchasing processes.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
    • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the procurement function.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies with overall business objectives and requirements.
    • Analyze purchasing data and metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of procurement processes.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing procurement activities.
