    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Generate leads and prospects through outbound calls, emails, social media, and referrals
    • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our software solutions
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients of various sizes and industries
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction and retention
    • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on how to use our software products effectively
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complaints that clients may have
    • Collect feedback from clients and share with the product development team to improve our software features and functionality
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the SaaS industry
    • Meet or exceed sales and support targets and KPIs

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
    • Some experience in SaaS sales and support roles
    • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software products quickly
    • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
    • Familiarity with social media, helpdesk, and web conferencing tools
    • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
