- Leading the development of the Supply Chain Management Team and overseeing Supply Chain Management for either a production site or distribution center. This encompasses order management, customer satisfaction, materials management, production planning, physical logistics, and trade compliance.
- Executing process analyses and projects within the SCM organization to continuously improve cost-effectiveness, delivery performance, and inventory optimization.
- Collaborating with regional and Group SCM teams to implement standards.
- Monitoring all SCM processes and reporting on KPIs.
- Working closely with sales, purchasing, production, and staff.
- Optimizing delivery and supply relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, including health and safety protocols, trade compliance rules, and company policies.
- Providing support, particularly in physical logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Several years of experience in supply chain management within manufacturing.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience optimizing supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
- Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire teams.
