- Support the HR Strategy formulation and refinement and to drive the annual HR strategic priority roadmap and integrated business planning cadence and associated budgeting process across the HR function.
- Manage the prioritisation and backlog management of People and HR initiatives across the organisation.
- Create strategies for institutional effectiveness, organizational design, leadership team effectiveness, span of control, and change adoption.
- Management of key People Initiatives which includes managing multiple work streams, proactively balancing scope, schedule, quality, budget, risk & issues, project team, outcomes, and benefits realisation.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies (tools, templates, documentation) and best practices that are specific to HR projects. This include relevant PMO internal controls to ensure compliance with business, legal and compliance standards.
- Work with senior-level executives and project managers across the enterprise to keep abreast of and monitor projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or contractual clarifications, to identify opportunities to ensure successful and timely implementation/execution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors to ensure that project requirements are understood and met.
- Coordinate project activities with TMOs and other functional areas to ensure alignment and minimize duplication of effort.
- Provide coaching and guidance to project teams on project management methodologies and best practices.
- Advise on change management of key people initiatives including conducting change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, development of change management and stakeholder engagement plans and execution of the change plan working closely with our branding and communications team.
- Design and conduct Change Management training for the People organisation to equip project managers of smaller people initiatives to effectively manage stakeholders, change and adoption of their launch of new processes or programs.
- Produce associated change communications materials and artefacts.
- Monitor the completion and effectiveness of the change intervention and actions to refine and improve upon the change plans.
