    Job Summary:

    As a People & HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent for the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding. Additionally, you will handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates including job portals.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
    • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate and conduct interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate candidates.
    • Assist in the final selection process, including reference checks and job offer negotiations.
    • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and HR-related documents.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
    • Assist in organizing team-building events and recognition programs.
    • Generate weekly reports on recruitment metrics, turnover and other HR-related data.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
    • Proficient in utilizing various recruitment platforms for sourcing.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, employees, and management.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Willingness to assist in various HR functions beyond Talent Acquisition.
    • High level of attention to detail in all aspects of work, especially in documentation.
    • Uphold the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
