    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop new corporate/non-individual deposit accounts and attract CASA and other deposit products
    • Build up relationships with referral sources and strategic partners
    • Manage customer relationships to spot new business opportunities, understand customersâ needs and requirements
    • Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of accounts to achieve optimal cross selling opportunities for cash management offerings and digital initiatives in line with the Bankâs focus
    • Ensure and maintain a high standard of AML/KYC risk assessments of customersâ profile

    Regulatory Compliance

    • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and practices for managing and mitigating business risks and people issues
    • Ensure compliance to all internal as well as external policies and regulations such as credit guidelines, risk policies, audit and statutory compliance and regulations
    • Review and monitor portfolio growth and continuous risk assessment of the portfolio

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelorâs Degree or professional qualification in related fields
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in an established financial instituions
    • Good understanding of banking products, the domestic and regional business environment
    • Good understanding of EB CB deposits
    • Strong analytical skills, including strong ability to analyse and understand financial statements
    • Strong presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward proposals for clients, whenever necessary
    • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving : Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach
    • Communication : Effectiveness Conveys goals and objectives clearly and in a compelling manner; listens effectively and clarifies information as needed; interprets verbal and non-verbal messages that others communicate
    • Decision Making : Understands how and when to make a choice; how and when to escalate issues to higher levels. Analyzes the risks and future impact of decisions
    • Motivated, self-driven individual with strong commitment to ingerity, professionalism and teamwork
    • Able to work independently with less supervision.
