    Responsible in ensuring tasks assigned are completed in timely manner.

    • Understand user requirements, ensure proper documentation and coordination between stakeholders.
    • Creates/enhances, tests and implements application programs in accordance to requirement and scope.
    • Participate in implementation activities, troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions.
    • Provide application support on daily operations
    • Take ownership of incidents and progress through to closure.
    • Investigate and resolve incidents by applying fixes on time and efficiently.
    • Must be able to clearly communicate to business users, teammates and team lead.
