    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in a new Transfer Agency system evaluation and selection, feasibility study.
    • Development the investors operation process workflow for the department.
    • Provide guidance and training to the department's members on the duties and workscopes for investors operations.
    • Development and maintenance of an optimal and efficient investors operations process for the department.
    • Other responsibilities as needed to support the business growth.

    Requirements:

    • Possess Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business/commerce.
    • Subject matter expert in investors operations process.
    • At least 6-8 years relevant experience in the investors operations department in a unit trust fund management company.
    • Good understanding of unit trust products, system and processes.
    • Managerial position at least 3 years.
