    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Handling accounts
    • Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts and cheques)
    • Monitoring utility and office maintenance
    • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
    • Responsible in office administration
    • Produce reports, organise and maintain all documents in a proper manner
    • Responsible to collect, sorting and distribute letter, postings (stamps and deliveries)
    • Maintain and purchase of office supply, stationery and etc
    • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
    • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines

    Job Requirements

    • A solid understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping.
    • At least 2 year of accounting experience.
    • Proficiency in English, able to speak Mandarin is additional point
    • Computer skills â using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
    • Able to work independently as well as working on a team
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SQL will be additional point
    • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
