    Description

    Job Responsibilities

    Candidate Sourcing:

    • Utilize a variety of channels and platforms to source and attract top talent in engineering, technology, research and development, manufacturing, and other relevant areas.
    • Establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.

    Recruitment Process Management:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision-making process.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

    Employer Branding:

    • Work collaboratively with the marketing and communications teams to enhance the company's employer brand within the EV industry.
    • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

    Collaboration and Relationship Building:

    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand departmental needs and requirements.
    • Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition strategies with overall HR initiatives.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
    • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree holder.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
