    Job Description:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in End to End Procurement operations managing Indirect Materials
  • Hands on in RFx management,
  • Managed low value Sourcing Projects, resulting in cost savings
  • Understand Supplier Contracts, important Terms and Conditions
  • Understand SLA and PO Compliance
  • Hands on in any ERPs systems like SAP, Ariba & Oracle also in Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PPT)
  • Working collaboratively with internal and externa teams, provide daily dashboard and report
  • Timely escalations to all internal and external stake holders in case of a policy and procedure not followed
  • Should be conversant in English, apart from Malay (native)
  • Having work experience in any BPS( BPO) industry
