  • Tasked with supervising the entirety of the supply chain operations for international operations, encompassing tasks such as inventory planning and management, overseeing 3PL warehouse operations, coordinating distribution, and managing logistics.
  • Assessing current supply chain protocols to pinpoint areas in need of enhancement and devising a robust strategy for ongoing improvement.
  • Suggesting and implementing enhancements to the supply chain, along with documenting the revised processes.
  • Leading and coordinating Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities, facilitating consensus forecasting, and maintaining a balance between demand and supply.
  • Responsible for devising replenishment plans and allocating resources to international markets.
  • Negotiating terms with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and freight forwarders to secure materials and products in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Ensuring streamlined departmental procedures and workflows to maximize productivity and efficiency. skill/experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain in the FMCG/Retail industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and WMS systems.
  • Experienced in managing 3PL with overseas exposure is an added advantage. how to apply
