- Evaluate credit requests and thoroughly assess the credit risk exposure of both new and existing customers.
- Analyze the financial statements and credit history of current and potential clients.
- Generate monthly credit control metrics to ensure accuracy in tracking.
- Ensure adherence to agreed-upon accounting principles, service levels, and company policies and procedures.
- Meet deadlines for releasing orders to support shipping cutoff schedules.
- Collaborate closely with internal functional teams to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Assist team members with credit control matters and escalate issues to the Assistant Manager when necessary.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, digitalization efforts, and other required tasks.
- Take part in internal and external audits, providing necessary information as requested.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Shared Service Center (SSC) for monthly closing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Commerce, Finance, or Account
- At least 3 years of experience in Credit Management, with a minimum of 2 years in shared services.
- Excellent team player.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and office productivity tools like MS Office and SAP
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cultivating and managing relationships with stakeholders.
