    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Process & submit monthly payroll
    • Manage employee leave (MC, Unpaid Leave etc)
    • Create & Implement HR programs and policies
    • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
    • Assist in developing and implementing employee training and development programs
    • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
    • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
    • Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
    • Develop a professional, positive and healthy working culture in the office

    Job Requirements

    • 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources roles
    • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
    • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
    • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent time management abilities
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong ethics and reliability
