    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's financial operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial reports.
  • Direct the accounting team to ensure financial transactions and records are accurate and produced on time.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to formulate financial strategies that align with the company's ambitions.
  • Perform ongoing financial assessments to uncover areas for cost reduction and avenues for increasing revenue.
  • Maintain adherence to all pertinent financial laws and standards.
  • Offer financial insights and assistance to the senior HR executive, particularly in matters connecting finance and human resources. Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related area, with a preference for an MBA or CPA certification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of financial concepts, procedures, and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled in using financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite. skills no additional skills required
