- Perform daily accounts operations. Responsible for Accounts payable function such as handling supplier invoices, staff claims, intercompany Purchase, Debit Notes, payment, updating accounting records and others.
- Prepare monthly closing Accounts
- Perform reconciliation on a monthly basis. (Bank, vendor, Inter-company, etc)
- Set up filling system. Ensure that all documents are filed accordingly
- Assist and provide support for internal and external audits if required.
- Handle finance related queries from various functions and do necessary financial support across teams
- Support International Intercompany AR/AP reconciliation process
- Perform any other duties and assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or other equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an accounting or finance function
