Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

To plan & strategize to achieve Monthly Sales Target as well as follow up sales enquiries.
To manage assigned account efficiently & effectively by coordinating with inter-department/cross-department personnel, including production, logistic, R&D, warehouse, etc.
To develop, execute and monitor marketing strategies and activities to ensure sales growth, market share penetration, sustainability and profitability.
To manage full process of Sales Cycle (handle enquiry, prepare Quotation, issue Proforma Invoice, Payment, follow up with Shipment Schedule as well as handling of Customer Complaints).
To provide constant customers' feedback/request.
To update and advice the Management pertaining market / business development related information.
To establish, develop and maintain strong relationship with potential & current customers.

REQUIREMENTS

Possess a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of working experience in Marketing field at manufacturing industry or related field is required.
Ability to converse and write fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Team player with pleasant personality.
Willingness and readiness to undertake additional tasks within ability to support any execution.
