    Job Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Management
    • Minimum 2 years of related working experience preferably with involvement in sales and marketing as well as promotional activities in education industry.
    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge and exposure in the education industry will be an added advantage.
    • Proactive, resourceful, aggressive, results oriented and performance driven.
    • Possess own transport

    Job Descriptions

    Responsibilities:

    • To ensure the student enrollment targets are achieved as per target.
    • To establish relationships and make regular contacts with the recruitment agents through business development and marketing campaigns.
    • To provide good leadership, support, consultation and advice to ensure that the student population targets are met.
    • To coordinate and participate in college marketing campaigns and promotional activities for business development.
    • To attend all call-in, walk-ins, online enquiries, etc as and when required.
    • To participate in organizing school fairs, school events, exhibitions and roadshows.
    • To conduct marketing survey and execute marketing strategies for enhancing college brand awareness.
    • To liaise with Government, International and Private Companies with an effort to generate marketing opportunities ( HRDF, Mara, Felda, & Perkeso etc.)
    • To generate reports as required
    • To organise talks, workshops, events for the public that assist in business development
