    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Facilitate cross-departmental communication and monitor project progression and delivery.
    • Continuously collect new guild contacts and leads, assist BD staff in onboarding new guilds.
    • Communicate with both new and existing guilds, effectively convey and interpret platform policies and activities.
    • Promptly address and respond to guild issues and demands.
    • Drive guilds to achieve revenue targets.

    Job Requirements

    • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Outgoing personality, proactive communication, sense of responsibility, strong ownership, and adaptability.
    • Strong self-motivation and a deep desire to achieve professional success.
    • Excellent comprehension skills to ensure clear communication and interpretation of platform policies to guilds.
    • Experience in live streaming platforms, B2B, and sales experience will be preferred, but candidates with no work experience are also welcome.
