- Effectively communicate our products or services to potential merchants.
- Pre-qualify merchant eligibility. Screen through documentation with an eye for detail to make sure it meets company SOP/ requirement
- Lead one-on-one demos to educate merchants on the features of our product
- Onboarding of merchants according to each merchant's requirements
- Take ownership of new merchant accounts and manage their onboarding to ensure usage growth
- Ensure that merchants receive the maximum value from Payex to leverage upsell opportunities
- Stay in touch with merchants to ensure that they're realizing the full potential of Payex
- Collaborate with the operation and support team to resolve merchant complaints and issues, provide appropriate solutions and recommend for improvement.
- Collaborate with Business Strategic teams on partnership opportunity, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information
- Meet the Sales Head regularly to update on sales progress and implement activities to achieve the targets set by the company
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned as and when assigned by the immediate superior and management
- Candidates must possess a minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Management / Marketing / Administration / any other equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 year of sales experiences or 1 year in B2B/B2C payment industry
- Passionate in FinTech business
- Carry a 'can do' spirit and strong heart to take objection
- Required language Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and address inquiries effectively.
- Comfortable making inbound/outbound calls and engaging in phone conversations with potential merchant
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets and contribute to the success of the sales team.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle work-related pressure.
