    • adoption of cloud technologies within our organization, ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability.
    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
    1. Cloud Architecture:

    • Design and implement scalable and cost-effective cloud architectures that meet business requirements.

    • Evaluate and recommend cloud services, tools, and frameworks to optimize performance and cost.
    2. Team Leadership:

    • Lead a team of cloud engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise.

    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous learning and development.
    3.Cloud Migration:

    • Plan and execute the migration of on-premises systems to cloud environments.

    • Develop and implement migration strategies, considering factors such as data integrity, security, and performance.
    4.Security and Compliance:

    • Implement and enforce security best practices for cloud infrastructure.

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data protection and privacy.
    5.Monitoring and Optimization:

    • Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and address issues.

    • Continuously optimize cloud resources to improve performance and cost efficiency.
    6.Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.

    • Work closely with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams to integrate cloud services into the overall technology stack.
    QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE :

    • Minimum 6 years working experience in technology field, with at least 3 years on cloud platforms and infrastructure.

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    • Proven experience as a Cloud Lead or similar role.

    • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

    • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, including infrastructure as code (IaC) and microservices.

    • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

    • Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

    • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect is a plus.
