Description

Job Responsibility

Responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all system-related activities within the company. Assist to determine the companyâs information technology goals and are responsible for implementing computer systems to meet those goals.

Developing and implementing data analyses using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
Develop, implement, and maintain MIS systems (i.e., Microsoft 365, system development and upgrades, application interfaces, data entry, reporting, and data archiving); provide technical support to end users; and train users.
Interpreting specifications and creating IT solutions that adhere to all requirements and financial restrictions.
Maintain current hardware and software inventories; recommend acquisition of additional hardware and software as required.
Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
Create, maintain, and manage product information (generating barcode, etc.)
Conduct comprehensive audits of retail store inventory procedures to verify the accuracy of stock quantity in both physical and system.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Excellent in Microsoft Excel and details oriented.
Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently.
Expertise with office management software Microsoft 365 Business
Knowledge of various MIS reporting tools
Ability to remember critical details like product features and specifications.
