    Description

    As a VP, Global Markets Trader, your key responsibilities will include:

    • price making to the bank's clients both locally and internationally, where applicable and market-making to brokers and inter-bank counterparties to bring trading revenue to the bank.
    • working hand-in-hand with the Sales team and FX strategist by providing them with timely market in formation and developing FX trading strategies in MYR
    • developing strong networking with both onshore and offshore counterparts to widen the distribution of risk and increased bank's liquidity pool in MYR spot
    • communicating extensively with traders from other IRFX regional desks for cross-Asian pari, ie. MYR against KRW TWD as way of providing additional service to the MAlaysian client based to create a niche for the bank's FX desk
    • keeping close relationship with local regulator and to ensure constant communciation channel is open with them
    • must possess PPKM license to be qualified as an authorised dealer
