    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Wireman PW4 located in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves working with electricity and wiring to install, maintain, and repair solar powered electrical systems, including power distribution systems. The Wireman PW4 will play a critical role in ensuring seamless and uninterrupted delivery of our service to clients, and will work closely with our engineering, operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues as they arise, all while maintaining a safety-first working culture.

    Qualifications

    • Recognized certification in Wireman PW4 from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) Malaysia
    • Experience in electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs
    • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety protocols
    • Ability to work on high structures (rooftop installation)
    • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in cross-functional teams
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills; ability to handle complex technical problems with creative solutions
    • Have a degree in engineering would be an added advantage
    • Experience in Solar field would be an added advantage
    • Assist Operation Manager for ad hoc tasks.
    • Coordinate and oversee the entire lifecycle of solar PV installation projects, ensuring the installation of top-quality solar panels with impeccable finishing touches.
    • Adhere to and enforce specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations throughout all project phases.
    • Champion health and safety standards, providing timely reminders and corrective guidance to team members to maintain a secure working environment.
    • Conduct comprehensive site visits to assess project requirements and status, generating detailed site visit reports.
    • Collaborate closely with construction experts and installers, fostering effective coordination to meet project deadlines seamlessly.
    • Compile detailed project specifications, capturing all essential elements for successful implementation.
    • Meticulously manage project budgets and timelines to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
