    SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

    We are seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily activities associated with business analysis, identifying and interpreting complex business requirements, and providing viable solutions to meet those needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to business intelligence, big data analytics, and data warehousing projects.
    • Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform strategic decision-making.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals, to design and implement scalable and efficient data solutions.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and process maps.
    • Perform quality assurance testing to validate the accuracy and reliability of data solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
    • Provide expertise and guidance on data visualization techniques and tools to enhance data storytelling and reporting capabilities.
    • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence, big data analytics, and data warehousing, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovation.

    Qualifications

    • Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Experience in Business Process and Business Requirements analysis
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
    • A minimum five (5) years experience in a related field.
    • Experience in SQL and database management is a plus
    • Experience in Business Intelligence and/or Corporate Performance Management is a plus
    • Project Management experience is a plus
