    Job Responsibilities

    Assist the Head of Business Development/Business Management & Finance to leads the product development team in: -
    • Research & manage the profitability of each product line by maintaining right product
    • mix, pricing and target market segment
    • Conducting research and analysis against competitors on product developments in
    • ensuring the Bank remains in the forefront of SME and Commercial proposition
    • Developing & supporting the credit program and product programs review and
    • development life-cycle.
    • Developing and delivering tangible benefits through product bundles across all
    • business division

    Assist in development of internal and external data sources to improve the Bank's understanding of product markets, competitors' activities (as it relates to products and pricing), and customers, in order to make better 'fact-based' decisions to direct product marketing management activities

    Undertakes financial modeling on products and services and target markets to facilitate the understanding of product/services/target markets activities and profitability, as and when required.

    Provide periodic analysis and reports to management for next step of action and decision.

    Communicate with various stakeholders about credit program, processes and initiative.

    Performs other ad hoc assignment/project as may be reasonably required by Business Management & Finance Head.

    Job Requirement

    • Minimum Degree Holder major in any discipline with at least 5 years of banking experience in a supervisory role
    • Proven work experience in similar role
    • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting
    • Excellent in analytical and numerical skills
    • Matured and result oriented
