    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Fully responsible for the brand, brand communication plans, brand calender and brand performance.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
    • Plan, execute, lead and evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns, promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Shoot, write, edit and manage the store's digital marketing efforts, including website content and maintenance.
    • Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials or any point of sales material.
    • Plan and monitor campaign spending against allocated budgets, ensuring target achievement and accurate records.
    • Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
    • Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
    • Conduct market research and analyse consumer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Collect and examine customer satisfaction and feedback.
    • Stay informed of industry trends and changes, and make recommendations to senior management as necessary.
    • Planning, coordinating and executing monthly events including set up and wrap up events.
    • Collaborate with advertising or media experts to enhance campaign/website performance.
    • Nurture and build strong relationship with vendors to establish the requirement for event.
    • Any related ad hoc task

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
    • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
    • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
    • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
    • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
    • Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
    • Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
