    Key Role Activities:

    Build Asia TSP marketing account profiles to understand partner's Marketing capabilities.

    Leverage the global marketing materials and drive execution of the marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns with the partners in line with targets and strategies for Microsoft Skilling & Certification.

    Maintain monthly & quarterly reporting, marketing event/web tracker, year-end and mid-year reports, serve as POC/ project manager for ongoing marketing analytics, presentations, newsletter content submissions/deadlines.

    Eagerness and ability to take on additional responsibilities & projects where/ when needed.

    Manage & Monitor:

    Maintain budget file, resources and schedule of Co-Marketing administration.

    Maintain Asia's campaign progress tracking and manage scheduled external communication.

    Track KPIs attainments across Asia Learning partners.

    Supporting local campaigns to ensure impactful execution and ongoing tracking for adjustments.

    Collate & publish all Marketing /Sales offer information from TSPs.

    Maximize ROI on future activities by measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns and promotions performance.

    Indicators of Success

    Marketing programs & campaigns execution and progress tracking.

    TSP marketing operations accuracy and timeliness.

    Co-Marketing execution and its corresponding metrices

    Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:

    Possess a personal passion for marketing, operations, technology, partners, and CE.

    Self-motivated with a curiosity to learn and do more.

    Detail oriented person within an independent/ self-service working culture.

    Microsoft Office advance capabilities and user-level knowledge of Power BI.

    Strong verbal and written communication of English language skills required.

    Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.
