- Patient Interaction: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism and assist them with any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our services, products, or appointments.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments for hearing tests, fittings, follow-up visits, and consultations, ensuring efficient and seamless scheduling for patients.
- Patient Support: Provide personalized support to patients, including assisting with registration processes, explaining clinic procedures, and addressing any questions about their hearing health journey.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with patients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and follow-ups.
- Patient Education: Educate patients about hearing aids, accessories, and maintenance tips, empowering them to make informed decisions about their hearing health.
- Problem Resolution: Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as processing payments, managing patient records, and maintaining inventory, always ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Work closely with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless and positive experience for every patient.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and familiarity with basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to speak different Mandarin will be considered first.
