    The Role

    The HR Manager will play a vital role in Talentbankâs success, driving the recruitment strategy to support our growth and innovation goals.     Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates aligned with our growth objectives.

    Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

    Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and devise plans to meet these requirements efficiently.

    Employer Branding: Elevate Talentbankâs presence as an employer of choice through strategic branding initiatives and engagement activities.

    Performance Management: Implement systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance, facilitating continuous improvement and professional growth.

    Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting team spirit, and upholding company values.

    Training & Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for team development, aligning with the companyâs objectives and individual career paths.

    HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with legal standards and company policies, maintaining a safe and respectful workplace.

    Requirements

    • Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and talent management, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proven track record of developing effective recruitment strategies and hiring high-quality candidates.
    • Strong understanding of employment law, workforce planning, and performance management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
