    Description

    Job Purpose

    The Banca Advisory is responsible for promoting and selling Bancassurance products to the company's affluent clients. This includes working closely with PRM/PWRM to identify potential clients, planning and executing sales activities, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Bancassurance products and services, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell a wide range of Bancassurance products to the company's affluent clients.
    • Work closely with PRM/PWRM to identify potential clients and develop sales leads.
    • Plan and execute sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending events.
    • Provide excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing follow-up.
    • Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the achievement of the bank's Bancassurance goals.
    • Grow the Bancassurance penetration rate for the affluent segment.

    Job Requirements

    • Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
    • Full insurance licenses (PCE Life, CEILLI, TBE) and professional qualification (RCF/CFP) will have added advantage.
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the banking environment with proven track record in Bancassurance sales.
    • Experience in serving bank preferred and high network clients.
