    We are currently looking for experienced Expert Marketing Specialist where you will be responsible for the development of market penetration strategies for the consumer market. Cultivates the knowledge of key customers and competitors. Identifies brand growth opportunities. Interacts closely with sales force to make sure the understand and implement Product Marketing plan.

    This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Responsible for contributing to content development of all types, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders e.g., Brand Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Medical, agencies etc. to learn, grow and excel in delivery quality content to Healthcare Professionals.
  • Responsible for the creation and execution of Expert's digital channel content strategy supporting company brand's presence.
  • Responsible Expert marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, promotion, optimization, and content development.
  • Track all marketing activities and execution to comply with local laws, regulations and Haleon SOPs.
  • Work and support the local shopper team to identify opportunities with retailers to drive pharmacy recommendation and retail specific programs around the category (where applicable).
  • Assist in researching new business opportunities, and in producing and distributing marketing and business development materials.
  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating all training initiatives & solutions to upsurge product knowledge of company brands to targeted internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monthly business report which includes competitors update and performance update.
  • Build and lead a team of highly effective sales representative with disease and product knowledge that advances selling capabilities to drive performance.
  • Assist the detailing team with business analysis and business development plan to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Travel to and work with detailing team to execute Expert marketing tactics and strategies, and to identify opportunities for refined or improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the Detailing team based on product knowledge, product key message, objection handling script, etc. relating to products to maximize the capability of the detailing team.
  • Coaching and product training aligning with First SFA and product/disease/therapies presentations and training to internal and external customers, including third parties, for the accurate delivery of messages in line with LOC Expert Marketing plans and global guidelines.
  • Interact with and influence all levels of line management to plan and develop learning strategies that will contribute to the achievement of related business objectives for company brands.
  • Serve as the communication point person between project team to ensure the efficient and effective management of Expert project.

    • We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • University Degree holder preferably in science related fields.
  • A Bachelor of Pharmacy holder is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English including speaking, listening, and written.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Marketing and brand management
  • Strong track record of delivering on business objectives and meeting and exceeding business goals.
