Job Description

Sales Executive is an overlay role and will identify, sell and maintain sales relationships within customers. Being in sales environment, you are responsible to build relationships with prospects and/or existing customers. The team need to have strong customer communication skills to manage customer expectations.

Recognise the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the product
Investigate new items and make recommendations for purchasing products
Check inventory to ensure orders are in stock
Take order over the phone and in person
Advise customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate usage of the product
Provide technical support after merchandise is purchased
Construct sales pitches and presentations
Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties and advise on appropriate user training
Create and achieve a sales pipeline to achieve the target set by the Management.
Achieve sales target

Job Requirements

Have experience in Sales field for retail hardware is preferred.
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
6 working days/week
Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
